When you build a pizza oven, you build community. The best way to nurture a community is through feeding them! We learnt to build pizza ovens, how to make dough and we have been feeding local events and festivals since 2021. In September 2023 we built an oven at the Lewes Arms; a characterful, idiosyncratic local pub in the heart of Lewes. We have quickly established ourselves as the best pizza in town!
In September 2023 we built an oven at the Lewes Arms; a characterful, idiosyncratic local pub in the heart of Lewes. Here we have refined our pizzas and toppings to bring pizzas that are flavourful and unique. We have quickly established ourselves as the best pizza in town! We have launched our own delivery service and we are seeking to feed the wider community.

We owe so much to the mentorship of master baker Michael Hansen, our boss at our first pizzeria The Hearth and dear friend. He has had a relationship with wheat and a respect for the process for over 50 years. It is with his vast experience and tutorship that we have gained so much and the respect for the true art of pizza. ​
Pizza is for everyone. Our values are to provide authentic pizza, made fresh, and with love in any location - be that at your special celebration or a festival field near you.
